Thank you for visiting and shopping at Reality At Work LLC. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days for in-stock items.
  • For our custom 3D printed products, processing times can vary based on the complexity of the item. These items may take 1 to 3 weeks to create and prepare for shipment. Specific processing times for each product will be listed on our website.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Reality At Work LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Reality At Work LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
